This program is managed by the International Educational Center and the Head Office of International Affairs. The organizing committee holds regular meetings to enhance the effectiveness of study programs. A committee with Russian universities to support students of both countries: help their student life abroad, monitor performance, control grades, manage risk, provide internship and support employment after the end of the program.
　The External Evaluation Committee of experts from a wide variety of fields verifies the results of the program every fiscal year to improve the program.
